Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 days for your tracking information to become available.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is because products may be shipped from different supplier warehouses to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Customs & Duties
